• 2-5+ years of experience as a top-performing account executive
• Consistent track record of exceeding your quota
• Experience selling a technical SaaS product with an ACV of $50k+
• Ability to create repeatable sales processes across a wide range of customer interactions and customer sizes
• Deep customer empathy and unrivaled communication skills
• Full sales-cycle management skills, from prospecting to closing
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• You should be driven, adaptable to change and creative as you help us test out new ideas and find what works in the pursuit of building a truly customer-centric sales process
