  • At least 3+ years of experience in programmatic / digital advertising
  • At least one year of sales or new business development experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Established network of relationships with independent agencies in your region
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and rapport within and across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to help us launch and scale a new team, inside the Yieldmo sales org
  • A consistent, in-market presence to build meaningful relationships with their clients and prospects
  • A methodical approach with the thick skin and high energy to help us build and refine our processes as we bring new, innovative products to market
  • This role will be focused on driving new revenue through the AE’s network of independent agency and brand direct connections, along with new prospecting/outreach
  • You’ll be building a new territory/book of business, selling both managed service and programmatic offerings
  • Your primary focus will be on building and managing a pipeline to achieve new business revenue goals (and the associated activity)
  • Plenty of room to ‘hunt’ in your territory. Including agency/client prospects from your established network, a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts and new prospecting/outreach in your assigned geo-territory
  • Working closely with Account Management, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning, to ensure client campaign success
  • To become an expert on your book of business and assigned geo-territory
  • Consistent, in-market presence with clients and prospects (*up to 25 – 50% travel expected)
  • Representing Yieldmo at industry events and conferences
