• The Cohere Modelling team is at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• We are responsible for developing state-of-the-art models that seamlessly combine retrieval-based knowledge and generative text generation. Our innovations in RAG have the potential to revolutionise the way people access and interact with information
• As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our RAG team, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of Retrieval Augmented Generation
• Your primary focus will be on frontend development, data engineering, and collaborating closely with our ML teams to support them implement and optimise RAG models. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of information retrieval and content generation through RAG
• Develop annotation interfaces that facilitate effective knowledge retrieval
• Optimise data pipelines to support RAG model training and inference
