Mezmo, previously LogDNA, is a centralized log management solution that helps modern engineering teams be more productive in a DevOps world. It helps alleviate previous difficulties of log management where developers would be overcharged, struggle with limited retention windows, and face clunky interfaces.
Unlike competitors such as Logstash, Mezmo is praised for its integrative UI which flows with 3rd party solutions so users can receive alerts with other applications like PagerDuty, Slack, or another API. With features including smart parsing and intelligent filters, it offers a sophisticated and comprehensive service, with an ultimate focus on flexibility for developers.
Mezmo serves around 4,000 customers and has a strategic partnership with IBM to provide logging services for IBM Cloud. It has received strong investor backing and enjoyed triple digit revenue growth across 2022, which it will use to invest in staff and scale its operations.
