Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a proven track record in creating, executing, and measuring successful GTM programs

What the job involves

  • Amplitude is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing and demand generation efforts with our top global partners.
  • You will report to the Head of Partner Marketing and collaborate with partner leaders, Sales, Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Regional Field teams to develop joint marketing plans aimed at increasing market awareness and driving demand generation to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Success in this role requires strong relationship management, expertise in demand generation, and the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking while embracing a hands-on (builder) mentality in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Develop and execute an integrated partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy that drives co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Communications) to build scalable, repeatable partner programs, including communications and demand generation
  • Work closely with prioritized partners to implement and bring joint GTM visions to life, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with marketing teams to promote Amplitude’s brand and craft joint messaging and global campaigns
  • Partner with Amplitude’s Partner Managers to align business needs with the broader marketing plan
  • Play a key role in developing the strategy for key events (both digital and in-person) to maximize engagement and impact
  • Track, measure, and optimize program success to ensure continuous improvement

Our take

Amplitude provides product analytics to help companies understand user behaviour. Product, marketing, and growth teams use Amplitude to discover and share insights about user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Amplitude’s user flows reveal which actions are the most commonly taken after users sign up, and which usually precede purchases made in-app, creating paths through the app. The behaviour of individual app users can be viewed with unlimited real-time activity feeds and user timelines.

Thousands of companies use Amplitude analytics including Microsoft, Under Armour, Intuit, Twitter, Bonobos, Peloton, and many more. In 2024, a securities fraud case was filed against Amplitude due to an IPO and stock share rise that was alleged to be artificially inflated before their downturn in 2022. Whilst this case is ongoing, Amplitude is still releasing new products and operating at full capacity.
