- Product Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on mobile app development

What the job involves
- The Native Apps team at ezCater is responsible for building and maintaining our suite of five iOS and Android apps
- We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join this team and take ownership of the roadmap, execution, and ongoing evolution of our native apps
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: You will work closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Research to develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for our native apps
- Advocate for our mobile customers: You will learn everything about how ezCater’s customers use our native apps and you will be a champion for them in everything you and your team do
- Drive Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of product development from ideation, prototyping, testing, launching, and iterating. Ensure the timely delivery of features that enhance the user experience and drive business growth
- Measure Success: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of the features and improvements you deliver. Leverage data and customer feedback to make continuous improvements
- Champion Mobile UX: Advocate for best practices in mobile app UX/UI, ensuring our apps provide intuitive, reliable and delightful experiences for users on both iOS and Android platforms
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with customers and internal teams to gather and synthesize insights. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions that address the needs of both the demand and supply side of our marketplace
- Continuously identify areas for innovation and improvement, and implement strategies to keep us ahead, ensuring our marketplace delivers an unparalleled experience

Our take
ezCater is an online marketplace app that provides catering options for businesses, working with food providers who enter their menus onto the app for customers to browse. ezCater sends each store its orders and handles customer service whilst the food providers fulfill the orders.
ezCater profits by charging a small commission on all orders that restaurants fulfill. The company counts JLL, RingCentral and the San Francisco 49ers among its customers. It previously fuelled expansion through acquisitions such as online catering platform GoCater in 2018 and MonkeySoft Solutions in 2019.
ezCater has enjoyed strong growth so far, in part by focusing on meal deliveries to a growing hybrid workforce as an employee benefit. It has been eyeing an IPO for some time, though these plans are yet to come to fruition. In the meantime, it has continued to develop its technology and unveiled a new supplier diversity program to uplift small businesses owned by underrepresented groups.
