Who you are
- Results oriented Technical Sourcing expert with expertise in Eng and Product hiring
- Experience hiring for roles of all levels and various functions throughout a technology organization
- Experience in reporting on key funnel metrics to executive stakeholders regarding recruitment performance
- Passion and experience in developing diversity sourcing/recruiting strategies with exceptional results
- Ability to identify and establish recruiting partnerships to accelerate talent pipelining
- Experience driving recruiting events to develop key talent pipelines
- Demonstrated success in improving and evolving recruiting processes and systems
- Thought partner with Tech Leadership team to develop and drive Talent Acquisition strategy
- Demonstrated success in building candidate experience strategies
- 3+ years of fast-paced, high-volume technical and product recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success in a high-growth tech company or startup environment where you have successfully scaled engineering teams
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to navigate competing priorities
- Experience hiring for both junior and senior-level engineering and product talent in extremely competitive markets
- Technical expertise and deep understanding of tech stacks, competitive landscape, terminology, trends, and products
- Demonstrated success building diverse talent pipelines of top talent at an ambitious pace
- Ability to identify untapped sourcing channels that support robust and diversity talent pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive and produce key results in highly nimble and fluid environment
Desirable
- Experience working with Lever is preferred

Our take
Credit card ownership among millennials is falling, with many people looking for new ways to spread out the cost of a purchase. Clearpay solves this problem by offering interest-free payment plans.
Clearpay is one of a wave of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers that have taken the retail world by storm. Unlike many of its competitors, however, Clearpay charges no interest. Instead, users are charged a fixed £6 fee on late payments. Their solution is proven to drive customer spending online, making Clearpay an attractive proposition for e-commerce merchants and online retailers. Since launching in Australia (where the company is known as Afterpay), Clearpay has expanded into the US, UK and much of Europe.
Despite their impressive growth, Clearpay faces some major challenges. UK regulators are cracking down on BNPL providers in a move that could curb profits and growth. What’s more, Clearpay faces strong competition from the likes of Klarna, Zilch and payments giant PayPal. The company plans to consolidate its move into in-store service, which could give Clearpay the edge over its rivals.
