What the job involves

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Lead to join our Revenue Operations and Marketing team at Stenn. As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence within the marketing department by implementing and optimizing marketing technologies, processes, and strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and drive continuous improvements to our marketing operations
  • Designs and Implements Marketing Workflow e.g how campaigns are tracked and created
  • Manage lead routing and delivery processes, ensuring smooth operations as the process owner
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues with lead routing and uploading
  • Streamline lead management through automation, reducing administrative workload
  • Create CRM dashboards for tracking key metrics by sales and marketing managers
  • Optimize funnel operations by implementing industry best practices and improving processes
  • Provide insight rather than information by helping to create powerful top-of-funnel metrics
  • Inform Strategic Planning and Marketing Budget through insights
