Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research, with a demonstrated track record
- Proven experience managing investor relations in a technology company, with a strong background in technology, platforms, and TMT; AdTech knowledge is preferred
- Specific experience working internally for a public company is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in developing and nurturing investor relationships
- Self-starter with experience in a fast-paced, multitask-oriented environment, adaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with business leaders across the company and the executive team
- A combination of both IR and investment community experience is highly desirable
What the job involves
- Support the execution of Innovid’s global investor targeting strategy and framework
- Prepare IR materials, including reports, presentations, news releases, and companies’ materials for investors meetings and events, as well as for quarterly earnings release
- Analyze investors' perceptions, brokerage security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis
- Help coordinate investor conferences, investor roadshows, earnings conference calls, financial press releases, and investor meetings
- Handle and manage external IR agencies
- Build out analyst day and stockholder day materials
- Support shareholder outreach and relationship management efforts
- Review annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements
- Monitor financial analyst reports and summarize for senior management
- Support communication with analysts and investors, and work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities and market trends to strengthen and build relationships with the company’s investors

Innovid runs data-driven creative delivered on all channels (from connected TVs and mobile devices to social channels like Facebook and YouTube), and 3rd party measurement through its media-agnostic platform. Innovid has struck up partnerships with great companies already, which is a good sign of its ability to win big contracts; it has worked with 1,000 of the world’s largest brands. It is also continually innovating; in 2022 it has launched a TV measurement platform, InnovidXP, for converged TVs.
