What the job involves

  • Lead and manage a global team of marketers responsible for demand generation across SMB and enterprise
  • Lead the development and implementation of global multi-channel demand gen strategy that efficiently scales and drives demonstrable growth
  • Oversee field marketing, digital marketing, account based marketing and integrated campaigns functions to create pipeline that contributes to the bottom line
  • Act as a central point of contact for sales leadership and develop demand gen strategies aligned with Go-to-Market plays
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute campaign plans and tactics
  • Drive the creation and optimization of programmatic customer journeys pre and post-sales to drive acquisition and retention
  • Analyze and optimize demand generation portfolio to continually improve results
  • Manage the demand gen budget across a global portfolio of activities
  • Set and track KPIs for demand generation campaigns and report on progress to the CMO
