Who you are

  • +3 years experience in customer success, account management or related role.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong trusted relationships with customers, from end users through to executive sponsors
  • Commercially savvy and extremely efficient at spotting, nurturing and closing growth opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Want to work, learn and grow in a high-growth startup atmosphere
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

  • Manage a portfolio of Accounts
  • Help define, structure and improve Amplemarket's customer success processes
  • Engage with new customers and help them during their onboarding and implementation process
  • Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of any organization
  • Provide data driven insights and recommendations that inform the growth and long-term success of Amplemarket's customers
  • Drive success in tangible metrics like retention, renewals and expansions
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams
