Salary benchmarks

Our take

FCA-regulated Thirdfort is a web and mobile app that combines document scanning, facial recognition technology and Open Banking, to streamline identity and source of funds checks carried out by lawyers, conveyancers, estate agents and financial services organizations.

Thirdfort's technology replaces the inefficient manual methods currently used by these firms, improving identity verification, and reducing the risk of fraud and cybercrime, whilst improving customer experience. It also allows users to onboard their clients quickly, securely and entirely remotely.

As businesses look to accelerate the adoption of secure, remote, user-friendly technology, Thirdfort has found itself able to scale its customer base to over 1000 businesses. Backed by the likes of law firm Mishcon de Reya and HM Land Registry, it is clear the company has earned the trust of the legal and property industries, and has the potential to become a new standard in the sector.

Diversity & Inclusion at Thirdfort

Lucy Shilling headshot

Lucy Shilling (Head of People)

  • We’re committed to building an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture where everyone has a chance to make a difference. We’re purposefully building a team of problem-solvers that reflect our values - which is why we hire from all backgrounds and operate on a flat structure, so everyone has a chance to make a difference. If you're an ambitious, talented individual who takes ownership, you'll be a great Thirdforter.
  • Our efforts with Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging will never be 'finished'. It's not a project or an OKR that we pick up and then put down; instead we want it to be embedded into the core of our culture and ways of working. We recognise it's something that requires continuous work, learnings, openness, awareness and an ongoing commitment to ensure we're creating the culture we want Thirdfort to be.
  • We want to provide an environment where everyone feels safe to provide feedback, so everyone can share valuable information and we can give actionable observations
