Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer
- Kubernetes, Helm and Docker knowledge
- Experience with Node.js, Postgres/Mysql, RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka
- Strong system design and problem solving skills, we often deal with the “unknown”
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines
- Nice if you have experience building Internal Developer Platforms and tooling
- You are hands-on troubleshooter
- Strong communication skills, we often need to orchestrate projects with 10+ teams
- You are ready for challenges
What the job involves
- There is a dedicated DevOps team and they take care of the infrastructure, while we work on the edge between devops and engineering enforcing standards and best practices, creating tooling, maintaining internal libraries, providing architectural guidance and owning some high-loaded core services and responding to production incidents when needed
- It’s 65% engineering and 35% devops. We have a lot of freedom, but it comes with responsibility
