Role

Who you are

  • Market Insight: An interest in the Austrian market, preferably with prior experience or familiarity with the Austrian dialect
  • Sales Acumen: Previous exposure to Sales, particularly in a B2B context, such as internships or working student roles in Sales, event management, or the hospitality industry
  • Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine enthusiasm for software products and the ability to effectively work with them
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (B1+ level), as well as proficiency in the Austrian dialect
  • Educational Background: Ideally, you hold a degree in Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field, although relevant work experience is equally valuable

  • Join our Sales Team at Personio and be a part of something big – not just for yourself, but for your teammates and your customers. Together, we’re building relationships, solving problems, and impacting the way people experience work every single day
  • As a Sales Development Representative (d/f/m), you play a pivotal role in developing our sales pipeline, working closely with the Account Executive, Marketing, and Partnership teams
  • First Impressions Matter: You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your active, confident, and friendly communication style to establish relationships with decision-makers
  • Solution-oriented approach: Act as a consultant to potential Austrian customers, identify their current challenges and help them to understand how Personio can support them working better in the future
  • Proactive lead generation: You'll proactively research and identify new customers, developing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the Austrian market
  • Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of a motivated and ambitious team, sharing best practices and providing support to your sales development and Account Executive teammates
