Role

Who you are

  • Ideally 7+ years relevant experience and degree in related field. Master’s degree/MBA an asset
  • Comfortable with ambiguity / flexible
  • Resourceful and prefers to be in a start up culture as opposed to large company structure

What the job involves

  • Marketing generalist with digital skillset –a mix product marketing, brand marketing with emphasis on performance marketing in digital, social media, analytics
  • Proficiency in deck/presentation building
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) Shopify
  • People leadership experience (even if just a small team) – proven ability to keep teams motivated while also delivering results
  • Analytical ability and understanding of which KPIs to track and how these should be measured
  • Strategic mindset, ability to see the bigger picture and how channels work together
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Reporting directly into the Managing Director, Nolii is looking to hire an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead the marketing side of the business at a very exciting, and pivotal, time of growth. It has established exceptional product and design and is now ready to scale
  • We’re looking for an outstanding candidate to join the founding team & turn Nolii into a force in the fast growing lifestyle technology category. The candidate should have a Direct to Consumer background with a strong grasp of how to grow a product focused company like Nolii by marketing its intelligent, beautiful products directly to its customers
  • As well as a digital marketing skillset, we are looking for someone who can lead a team and manage 360 marketing campaigns end to end. A strong focus on data analytics and owning the customer experience is pivotal for this role
  • This is a unique opportunity in the retail technology space to drive business growth, globally, making Nolii a household brand
