What the job involves

  • Outreach directly into prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns and other methods
  • You work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
  • Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to help guide prospects to our free trial
  • As part of our growing SDR team, help define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more
  • You will be tasked with a goal and expected to execute against it on a monthly basis
  • You will live in slack and monitor for new signups, engaging them directly in order to schedule meetings with them. Those meetings will be scheduled for with the sales org and the customer

The use of data integration software involves combining data from different sources to provide users with a unified view. While Fivetran is one of the most prominent platforms companies use to “extract, transform, and load” data into its warehouse, Hightouch does the opposite of that, what has become known as “reverse ETL.” For example, a company could use Fivetran to get the data into its warehouse and then use Hightouch to get the data from the warehouse and into Salesforce.

Hightouch serves a diverse range of clients, from B2B giants like Kong, Plaid, and Mattermost to B2C leaders like Nando's and Autotrader. With recent acquisitions including the product-led sales automation startup Workbase and the knowledge management startup Whatis, alongside an expanded partnership with Snowflake, Highlight continues to enhance its capabilities and provide seamless data activation for its growing customer base.
