Who you are
- 4+ years building and maintaining high availability systems
- 2+ years of experience working with Ethereum or EVM compatible smart contract platforms
- 2+ years working with Rust in a professional setting
- Ability to operate independently under uncertainty

What the job involves
- Contribute to the design and development of Hyperlane's core protocol, ensuring security, scalability, and cross-chain composability
- Develop and optimize Hyperlane's interchain security models for a variety of blockchain environments (Layer 1s, rollups, app-chains)
- Build and maintain integrations with leading blockchains and rollups
- Collaborate on the development of Interchain Applications, showcasing the power of Hyperlane
- Provide technical support and guidance to developers building on our platform
