What the job involves

  • You’ll become a member of the Highspot Design Studio team
  • The Product Design function at Highspot is an integral part of the company, and how we approach developing customer solutions
  • Working cross-functionally, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to post-release feedback collection
  • Work closely with UX research to identify and investigate user problems and/or opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering and product management to refine features and support the shared vision and execution of product plans
  • Define methodology and approach to based on the needs of the project (user flows, IA maps, primary/secondary research)
  • Collaborate with your counterparts to identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research and competitive analysis
  • Create high-fidelity design comps and prototypes for testing and handoff
