Senior Commercial Data Analyst, MOTORS

• Strong background in quantitative thinking and data analysis, data modelling and statistics
• Proficient knowledge of SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau in a commercial environment
• Knowledge of Python and R a plus
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience working with data storage solutions
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated when working on your own and in projects
• Must enjoy working collaboratively with different teams to achieve business goals and KPIs
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude, eager to learn

• Become the go to point of contact for all Analytical systems within commercial team (Tableau, GA, Burt, Data Warehouse etc)
• Build and maintain reporting tools for the Advertising Team (Tableau, Burt, Google Data Studio)
• Maintain and enhance complex advertising data, including revenue financial reporting and reconciliation
• Drive insights and recommendations for revenue optimization through data analysis and commercial experiment analysis
• Update and build commercial scorecards and forecast models
• Oversee audience data management and strategic growth
• Partner with the Ad Operations team to develop use cases across audience segments, including tests, deployment and analysis
• Support audience architecture and taxonomy to ensure consistency across our platforms
• Identify customer trends and uncover areas of opportunity to support scenario planning
• Actively research and conduct data-runs and quantitative analysis looking at the user journey and user conversion to understand the gaps, drop-offs and areas of potential growth. You will then look at internal processes to understand the problems, challenges and blockers in order to form solutions and strategies
• Relationship building with other analytical teams to share insights and enhance the overall analytics capability
