Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial operations or related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
What the job involves
- Working closely with Sales Managers and Product/Technology team to ensure we successfully convert leads to sales
- Support the end-to-end contract negotiation process, including reviewing and drafting contracts, liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders, ensuring all terms are favorable to our company, and tracking the status of each contract
- Work with internal teams to ensure that contracts are approved by the various departments and proposed deliverables aligned with teams
- Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and assist in closing sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, ensuring their needs are being met, and addressing any issues that arise
- Ensure all necessary NDAs and other legal documents are in place and up to date
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
