Product Manager, Selina Finance

• Have led agile development teams as a product manager previously with a proven track-record (3-5 years+)
• Can demonstrate to us significant metrics / KPIs you have improved in the past, and how you went about doing that
• Are ready to get your ‘hands dirty’ in a fast-paced startup environment and are up for the challenge to own a major driver of Selina’s success
• Are results driven, analytical and numbers oriented and can demonstrate the use data to drive and defend your decisions

• Getting ‘under the skin’ of our operations teams - understanding where product changes and enhancements can drive real benefit and value for the business
• Improving the products our colleagues use to service our customers / partners - we want to be able to provide best-in-class service levels to our customers and our partners / brokers. In order to do this our systems need to be smart, intuitive and drive efficiency through automating key tasks / processes
• Working with 3rd party vendors / integrations to integrate where necessary - We can’t do it all ourselves! So knowing when to build and when to buy will be key, as will executing on industry leading integrations
• Setting and owning the key KPIs and product metrics that will drive your decision making in your area
• Owning the product roadmap for your area
• Day to day prioritisation and steering of the product engineering team for colleague tools
