Who you are

  • 6+ months of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Willing to work in person from our Midtown Manhattan office 5 days a week
  • Previous experience with an ATS (ideally Greenhouse)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong EQ and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working at a high growth startup or fast paced environment is preferred

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help bring exceptional talent to EliseAI. You’ll provide essential scheduling and administrative support for our high-growth teams, working closely with Recruiters to provide a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Support all aspects of the recruiting process including interview scheduling, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and managing real-time schedule changes while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Own the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team
  • Use recruiting tool ModernLoop to schedule both virtual and on-site interviews
  • Maintain data integrity and all recruiting updates in our ATS, Greenhouse
  • Follow up with interviewers to collect candidate feedback following interviews
  • Greet candidates and manage all onsite interviews in our office
  • Help coordinate campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, meetups, etc
  • Create offer documents for candidates and assist with the pre-onboarding process
  • Maintain and update recruiting process documentation, job postings
  • Support other ad-hoc recruiting and HR projects

EliseAI, previously MeetElise, provides AI-powered leasing agent software that aims to solve this problem.

The company deploys machine learning to fill communication gaps between agents and clients, in addition to providing mixed reality solutions for digital property viewings. The startup claims that their software increases conversion rates from traditional leasing methods and tools by more than 65%, responding instantly to 90% of custom inquiries for over 250,000 properties. 60% of the top 50 real estate businesses in the US use EliseAI, whilst 30 million residents and prospective customers have had conversations with the AI.

Estate agents across the globe have developed digital platforms to serve customers digitally. However, EliseAI presents an all-in-one solution that aims to support estate agents and their clients, regardless of whether in-person communication is possible. Funding secured by the company will be used by to propel its growth and prop up its already secured equity capital.
