What the job involves

  • We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help us grow our integrations and partnerships business
  • As an Engineering Manager, you will lead teams responsible for building the integrations and APIs that power Remote Embedded
  • Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality integrations and APIs
  • Ensure smooth operation and alignment of teams with business goals
  • Drive the growth of direct and indirect reports through targeted feedback, coaching, and support
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to drive successful outcomes
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure SLAs are met for partners
  • Identify and facilitate collaboration with other teams within Remote
  • Participate and lead horizontal engineering activities, such as hiring, onboarding and performance management
