What the job involves

  • Where applicable, work in tandem with Customer Success Reps in order to align on customer status and strategise your renewal/upsell opportunities upcoming
  • Manage an extensive customer base from a contractual and financial standpoint
  • Monitor customer satisfaction to evaluate expansion opportunities and renewal health
  • Actively prospect into your customer base to open and manage upselling opportunities. Close deals from scratch. This includes executing the initial demo through to signing
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills and value-based selling
  • Actively engage with churned customers and work on win-back opportunities
  • Maintain the balance between customer satisfaction and business and performance targets
