Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in an international capacity
  • Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing with deep expertise in email, push notifications and display
  • People management experience a big plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally to ensure campaign requirements and deadlines are met, while also delivering the optimal customer experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; understanding of methodologies for testing
  • Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with ambiguity
  • Streaming media or similar entertainment brand experience is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field

What the job involves

  • Own day-to-day strategy and operations of lifecycle marketing campaigns including customer onboarding, cross- and upselling and retention, in partnership with global team based in California
  • Manage campaign execution end-to-end: develop campaign briefs, oversee creative production, set measurement plans, secure legal requirements and approvals, flight final campaign creatives, optimize as necessary and report on performance
  • Leverage Roku’s unique targeting capabilities and tech stack to create personalized and relevant campaigns to new and existing customers
  • Regularly monitor campaigns and overall program effectiveness; make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify new strategic opportunities to create great customer experiences and help customers easily discover content and/or key Roku features
  • Collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign content and creative is cohesive, timely and up to date
  • Coordinate with analytics to ensure campaigns have clearly defined success metrics
