Who you are
- Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
- Passion to build better customer service
- Experience in customer support or work with customers
- Native or fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Very good command of MS Office and G-Suite
- Experience with regulatory and government requests, customer's claims are an advantage
- Financial or investment background is also a plus

This will allow it to build on impressive early metrics: in its first full year of operation Vivid built a customer base of over 500,000. If it can keep this up, Vivid looks set to make massive waves in the European financial industry and beyond.
