• Engage in sprint planning sessions: collaborate on scoping API documentation for partners, identify technical and business gaps in existing integrations, and break down high-level information into actionable details for developers
• Perform pre-launch tests on technical API connections: collaborate with the team to conduct tests, promptly identifying and resolving any issues or troubleshooting them as required
• Contribute to backlog tasks: enhance the system's usability for internal and external stakeholders by actively contributing to documentation efforts
• Support partners with their technical inquiries: Collaborate with partners to address their technical requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective support is provided.

The problem that Distribusion is aiming to solve is that the reservation systems of the various bus travel providers are disparate, meaning that, in order for travel agencies to sell intercity bus tickets, they have to connect to and maintain multiple reservation systems.
