Our take

NearU aims to tackle the traditional working model by providing access to local spaces to work. The company utilises a pay-per-day model, allowing users to book workspaces on-demand and avoid long commutes.

The concept of NearU began as a solution to find a cost-effective and efficient way for individuals to work outside their homes. it has now gained a wider audience by offering 'the best of both worlds' - a short commute without the stress that comes with working from home. The changes in working habits over the last few years have highlighted the need for more flexibility in work practices.

NearU is aimed at both individuals - freelancers, and entrepreneurs - and enterprises who could save on expensive central London office rent and provide employees with a more flexible option near their home. The enterprise customer base has become a particularly strong focus in 2023, as more companies opt for flexible work setups.
