Who you are

  • 3- 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS
  • 3- 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • 3- 5+ years of experience in SDLC Quality & Governance
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in at least two of the following domains: CICD, SDLC lifecycle management, engineering best practices, IT Compliance
  • Self starter with exceptional influencing skills
  • Able to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with technical and business groups internally and externally, change agent
  • Strong understanding of a wide variety of SDLC technologies relating to: Audit and Monitoring, Risk Response & Recovery, vulnerability management, Computer Operations Security, cloud security, Multi-Factor Authentication, Passwordless Authentication
  • Knowledge of application risk management frameworks and compliance practices
  • Strong Application experience SDLC Modeling, Code Reviews, Vulnerability Assessment and API management, SDLC best practices

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Sr Manager, Technical Program Management to define, establish and maintain governance in the SDLC
  • You will be part of a globally distributed engineering team responsible for the building and supporting standardized technologies for engineering environments, engineering tools and CI/CD lifecycle management, developer experiences, and more
  • The role will define, manage and improve the software best practices of Workday and all that is quality in the SDLC, software developer lifecycle ensuring the experiences of our engineers is stable, performant, highly available and aligned with standard processes
