Who you are
- We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our horizontal design team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio or real work examples demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, proficiency in design tools, and experience in user research and testing
- If you're a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver passionate about delivering exceptional digital products, we'd love to hear from you
- Extensive experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
- Ability to understand complex processes and break them down to the essentials
- An international mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the capability to clearly communicate the rationale behind your designs to stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated effectiveness designing iteratively for agile software development
- Ability to self-organize, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise using Figma for design, collaboration and delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
What the job involves
- In this role, you'll lead and ship world-class experiences for our global customer base. You’ll drive the design of impactful features, supercharged by AI and integrated into our multi-product suite
- You'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience, from concept to launch, and in partnering closely with product management to deliver exceptional digital products
- Lead research and analysis of user feedback and market trends to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into innovative product designs
- Develop and champion innovative features to enhance customer workflow efficiency and productivity
- Streamline user flows and improve product usability through the creation and refinement of user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Apply advanced UX methodologies to ensure user-centric and industry-leading products
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to foster a culture of innovative product design and delivery
- Stay updated on global market trends and cross-cultural design considerations to empower users in diverse markets
- Contribute to and extend Syntax, our multi-product design system

- You’ll meet the manager you’ll report to
- There will be some kind of skill assessment, such as a coding or design task, a role play, or a business case
- You’ll meet some of the main stakeholders and team members. Your talent acquisition partner will guide you all the way through, keep you updated, tell you who you’re going to meet next, and where you’re standing
- Some things to consider:
- Our entire interview process is virtual. We work with Google Meet and Zoom
- We assess your skill set, but we’re also interested in seeing if your values and goals align with ours
- Once we know you and you know us, it’s time for all of us to make a decision
- We aim to make hiring decisions within a couple of days. This can be delayed if we have several people interviewing for the same role, but we’ll keep you updated. We hope for you to do the same for us
- If there are any questions or changes, your talent acquisition partner will be available for you
- If we decide not to hire you, you’ll receive feedback from us. If you have feedback for us as well, that’s amazing—we love to learn and improve our processes
