Who you are
- The ideal candidate for this position is completely autonomous and sufficiently rigorous to like the intellectual gymnastics necessary to the implementation of new functionalities to the code already in place
- You need to know how to juggle proven technologies to find elegant solutions to new problems
- You have at least 5 years of experience in development on GO stack, ideally in a start-up or in a scale-up environment
- Oriented “project” and “user” culture
- You have a BAC + 2 to 5 (University or engineering school)
- You have excellent skills in software engineering

- You are able to communicate in English with your colleagues. We don't expect a big style, but you know how to make yourself understood in writing

What the job involves
- Reporting to your Vertical Team Lead, you will join one of our multidisciplinary teams, gathering most of the time Product Manager, Technical Product Manager(s), Quality Analyst(s), Front / Mobile/ Backend Developers
- BackEnd team developers / engineers share the same vision: to see beyond the code and to be dedicated to delivering quality features and service to our users
- The application is made up of a multitude of microservices, in a hybrid environment (private and public cloud)
- With us, our engineers who develop a project are responsible for decision-making that is both simple and efficient
- Elaborate complex solutions that require deep understanding of Banking processes
- Empower and assist less experienced developers
- Ensure operational excellence during runtime
- Schedule and deliver a wide range of technical features
- Experience with distributed systems, performance optimization and refactoring

The company has reached these heights with its savvy strategy: building out gradually from a modest P2P payments app into a multi-service “super app.”
