• 3+ years of Strategy and Management Consulting experience at top firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, etc.)
• 6+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, business design/development or similar function, ideally with a fast growing startup
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities, capable of making well-informed and timely decisions
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to to build buy-in, facilitate compromise and develop strong relationships

• Leadership Support: Act as a surrogate for the CEO in various executive roles. Prepare and brief the CEO for strategic meetings, presentations, board meetings, quarterly executive offsite, and major initiatives. Participate in executive meetings and deliver progress updates to stakeholders
• Project Management: Oversee large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives. Manage crucial deadlines, organize necessary resources, and ensure accountability, leading to the successful completion of the project
