Role

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related degree
  • 8+ years in a data analyst or data engineering role
  • Analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong experience with data pipeline development and automation. Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, ETL tools, Salesforce, Python and Airflow is an advantage
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, data integrations and data transformation technologies. Experience with AWS cloud services is a plus

What the job involves

  • The Senior Data Enablement Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of data tools, platforms, and resources, driving organizational efficiency and innovation
  • Responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of data enablement automation processes for the Marketing organization
  • This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, architecture, and processes to support marketing analysis and intelligence efforts, and to automate manual data efforts
  • Designing, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to automate plays for GTM Plays team
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data architecture that enables efficient data retrieval and analysis
  • Implementing automated data validation processes to ensure data quality
  • Drafting and maintaining clean and clear documentation on all work done
  • Monitoring and optimizing data pipeline performance to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability
  • Providing guidance and support for more junior team members on their tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data driven decision making and process improvement
