What the job involves

  • As a Junior Associate Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will support key relationships with partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities then project managing the required changes with internal and external teams
  • As a Junior Associate Partner Growth Manager you will deliver solutions based on conversion optimization best practices during new partner integrations and with existing partners
  • You will identify growth opportunities and develop new and creative growth strategies to further increase our partner’s total transaction value or insurance revenue
  • Regular collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Data Scientists and Product will be key in ensuring partner growth initiatives goals are achieved
  • Foster pivotal partner relationships, identify revenue opportunities and oversee essential transformation
  • Design, execute, and measure conversion and price optimization experiments to further optimize yield
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Identify insights, trends and correlations, and optimize performance based on those findings
  • Evaluate emerging best practices and optimization strategies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Own the solution design of the integration process and work with partners to design the most optimize solution
  • Develop trusted advisor status and strong relationships with partners and related stakeholders
  • Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners accordingly
  • Use data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and growth

Insurance plans and warranties are staples of a successful digital company, but setting them up is challenging. Businesses must compare and write contracts with insurance providers which require the expensive assistance of legal and financial teams, Add to this the cost of web designers who can embed the service online, and insurance and warranties quickly become unaffordable to smaller businesses.

Cover Genius provides end-to-end APIs called XCover and XClaim for embedding insurance and warranty plans onto online stores, preventing the business from having to compare, arrange and deploy insurance plans themselves. The company's policies are for any business, can be translated into over 40 languages, and are designed to be read easily without unnecessary jargon.

Whilst other insurtech companies offer similar services to Cover Genius, the company has uniquely focused on ensuring its plans are easily readable, translatable, and dynamically priced based on personal requirements. Although the company initially aimed to facilitate insurance and warranty plans for smaller businesses, it also partners with large enterprises such as Ryanair, Amazon, and eBay. In 2024 it secured impressive Series E funding off the back of a year where it achieved 107% year-on-year growth.
