Operations Associate, Founder Coach

• You are highly organised, and efficient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You communicate clearly, succinctly, and proactively
• You’re a fast learner and pick up new skills and systems quickly
• You’re familiar with good design practices for presentations, websites, and content
• You can work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision

• Execute business-critical processes and tasks, providing daily and weekly progress summaries
• Set up new workshops and online courses by designing worksheets and presentations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, folders, and documents
• Prepare for Founder Coach sessions by sending meeting reminders, materials, and agendas as required
• Assist with email marketing, growing our social media presence and updating content on our website
• Handle incoming communications, flag urgent emails, and draft responses
• Support Dave and the team in delivering strategic projects efficiently and to the highest standards
• Assisting our Chief of Staff with finance management including accounting, invoicing and reconciliation
• Build an understanding of commercial activities including performance evaluation, strategy development and competitor analysis

• A quick phone conversation to introduce ourselves (20 mins)

• A competency interview... the usual (1 hour)
