UX Researcher, Unite Students

• Three or more years of UX research and testing experience, research methods, UX principles best practices
• A portfolio demonstrating high calibre of research experience across various research methods, showing example outputs of the research
• Experience or qualifications in; human-centred interaction, psychology, research methods, web design and development are considered useful and relevant, though not essential. Knowledge and experience are the most important requirements

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders/POs/UX designers to gather information about their requirements and to understand/advise on what needs researching or usability testing, build consensus around user needs, and validate hypothesis
• Define UX research approaches to support teams understanding customer behaviours and needs to identify critical goals and journeys for our customers
• Maintain a strong understanding and experience of UX research and testing methods and tools including remote testing and research methods
• Evolve and tailor traditional research methods introduce innovation in this space
