What the job involves

  • Work with a diverse group of cross functional stakeholders to build upon our Ads Manager, where advertisers large and small come to plan, buy, optimize and measure their ad campaigns!
  • Our tooling ranges the lifecycle from ads creation, defining campaign structures, budget assignment, defining targeting, to reporting and more
  • We’re constantly building deeper and broader to support the ever growing needs of the wide range of advertisers
  • You’d have to navigate and work with several internal teams to understand, define, align and execute on updates and new features to improve tasks for self serve and managed advertisers, across all markets globally
  • Your success will be driven by you ability to understand customer needs, work cross functionally to conceptualize, then evangelize, align and execute the next generation of Ads interfaces

Having restructured to face a challenging climate, it is well-positioned to resume its growth, which has increased consistently year on year. Its immediate goals are to continue to grow its user base and expand the uptake of its short video product, which it aims to monetize.
