What the job involves

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting mid-market clients for deals in the £25-50K range
  • Client Acquisition and Management: Actively pursue new clients and manage ongoing relationships to maximise sales opportunities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the mid-market segment
  • Solution Selling: Introduce Redflags® value proposition to meet the specific needs of mid-market clients
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure: Employ efficient negotiation and closure techniques suitable for smaller, more frequent deals
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure quick turnaround of proposals and solutions
  • Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts reflecting the volume and frequency of mid-market deals
