Who you are

  • Proven Leadership: Track record of creating successful teams and leading them to success, with 5+ years as an Account Executive in SaaS and 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing SaaS sales teams
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills to foster high-level relationships and close complex deals
  • Consultative Selling Expertise: Ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and act as a trusted advisor

What the job involves

  • As the VP Sales Americas, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll build a sales engine. This is your chance to drive innovation, shape culture, and lead vivenu’s charge in a critical growth market
  • Build and Lead: Develop and manage the sales organization for the Americas as a second-line leader, encompassing Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and their managers across all verticals
  • Drive Excellence: Foster a culture of high performance, energy, and continuous improvement. Lead by example to inspire teams to surpass quotas and deliver outstanding results
  • Optimize Strategy: Oversee pipeline health, enforce rigorous opportunity qualification, and deploy winning strategies to close complex deals
  • Enhance Processes: Ensure sales tools and collateral are of the highest quality, driving efficiency and elevating outcomes
  • Engage at the Top: Build lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders to amplify vivenu’s brand and market penetration
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with vivenu’s global leadership team to align strategies, share best practices, and continuously refine our approach
