Role
Who you are
- Has worked at least 3 years predominantly in JavaScript/TypeScript both for front end and backend and in particular has experience working in React, or another comparable front end web framework
- Has experience working in a cross functional team
- Has experience in automated testing and is excited to build at speed a robust product which will be used by patients across the UK
- Has a firm rooting in the technical concepts behind scalable, reliable, privacy-preserving and accessible user-centric web-based applications
- Takes a holistic approach to problem-solving, balancing both technical sustainability and the needs of our diverse healthcare user-base
- Wants to contribute to creating the future of the healthcare industry
- Is hungry for growth, and wants to grow with the company

- Contribute to creating the future of the healthcare industry
- Work in cross functional teams with product, design, engineering and clinicians to achieve a common goal
- Develop both backend and front end code in TypeScript (React & Node.js on AWS Lambda)
- Build reliable and stable software with dependable tests
- Work on shared code in a manner that is both compassionate and helpful to your teammates and future self
- Play an integral part in developing the team culture and processes

- Stage 1 - Discussion with engineering director and a member of the product team to introduce the company and hear about your background
- Stage 2 - A technical test with a couple of members from the engineering team
- Stage 3 - Discussion with the technical director on a project you’ve done

With this, the company has a greater degree of confidence in the services it provides, giving users confidence that Suvera is currently providing healthcare according to best practices.
