Who you are

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a SaaS or technology company undergoing transformation
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of French labor laws, union negotiations, and works council management
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex HR issues
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is constant
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

What the job involves

  • As the HR Business Partner (France Region), you will play a key role in supporting Efficy’s transformation journey within the French market
  • Working closely with the leadership team and employees, you will ensure that HR strategies align with our business objectives while also navigating the complexities of French labor laws and union regulations
  • Employee Relations & Consultation: Act as the main point of contact for employees in the France region, providing guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and employee relations issues
  • Union and Works Council Management: Manage relationships with French unions and works councils, ensuring compliance with local regulations and leading negotiations when necessary
  • Change Management: Support and guide employees through the company’s transformation processes, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Talent Development: Partner with leaders to identify training and development needs, facilitating programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression within the company
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring it is aligned with Efficy’s goals and encourages continuous improvement
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in France
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to the leadership team, helping to inform decisions that drive business success
