Our take

Planning an estate can be a stressful process, particularly due to how antiquated the organization process feels. Regardless of whether someone is looking to set up a trust or a will, most estate planning will consist of relentless paperwork and long waiting times, a process that adds additional difficulties during an uncomfortable period.

Trust & Will provides an online service for the planning of estates, offering trust-based estate plans, will writing, and guardian nomination. The service is designed to facilitate quick and stress-free setting up of a customized estate plan in less than 30 minutes, eliminating the complications and lengthy paperchain usually associated with estate planning.

Whilst online estate planning is very much a norm these days, Trust & Will presented itself as an early pioneer in the sector and has continued to be a leader in this space. With the market set to grow considerably, with more states putting in place digital wills and estate planning laws, the company is well set to make the most of these new opportunities, especially considering it has more than doubled its revenue and garnered new funding from several high-profile institutions to further build upon its momentum.
