What the job involves

  • We're actively looking for Business Development Representatives to be a core part of the Cypris team and help us accomplish our mission to bring actionable insights to R&D.
  • The ideal candidate is ambitious, energetic, and strategic, and utilizes tasks like cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email to create opportunities with our ideal customers. We're seeking individuals who bring a creative mindset, approach business development with a strategic mindset and are excited to have conversations with executive-level R&D professionals.
  • The ideal candidate is ready to contribute actively, play a pivotal role in shaping our BDR team, and be integral to Cypris’s core functions.
  • As we expand, we envision your career growing alongside our company, making meaningful contributions to both the team and accomplishing your career goals
  • Generate new business opportunities among target companies. Consistently meet and exceed your new business opportunity targets using a multi-channel strategy (cold calling, LinkedIn, email)
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure success. Closely partner with Account Executives to nurture new business opportunities
  • Identify best practices to refine our lead generation playbook
  • Implement a strategic approach to identify and prioritize key accounts within our target market. Analyze industry trends, company profiles, and market data to pinpoint high-potential accounts for focused outreach
