Who you are

  • We seek a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented professional for a Sales Operations Specialist role
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company
  • Knowledge in RFP or Tender management
  • Experience with SFDC, with a deep understanding of Salesforce principles
  • Legal background- advantage
  • Experience with Salesloft & Gong- advantage
  • Project management skills - understanding project steps and ho w to push for execution
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and high prioritization capabilities
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves

  • In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring sales processes are followed, supporting the sales team, and providing insights to increase productivity and effectiveness across the sales tech stack
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including:
  • Order Processing and Quote to Cash Flow
  • Administer and maintain the respective sales team pipeline and data in Salesforce. Provide Salesforce maintenance and support- "Lead-to-Closed Won" assistance
  • Ensuring adherence to processes and commercial guidelines
  • Deal Desk management
  • Cross-company projects - take part in strategic decision-making processes while also playing an impactful hands-on role in providing project deliverables and assisting with project documentation
  • Support weekly, monthly & quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the respective sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends
  • Manage and prioritize ongoing Sales Operations requests
  • Tech stack support- Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Revenue Grid, and other business applications
  • Execute data hygiene tasks and pipeline management
  • Improve processes and ensure business application efficiency
