Who you are

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quota carrying, closing role preferably in the SaaS and/or PaaS space
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Thrive in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment

  • Worked with multi-product offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves

  • As Own continues to scale into the next phase of growth, we are looking for an ambitious Account Executive, Mid-Market to hunt for new business
  • In this quota carrying role, you will prospect for brand new potential accounts and ultimately convert them into paying customers
  • We are looking for a true ‘hunter’ mentality - mapping out key accounts in your territory and creating a strategy to execute, and ultimately close the business
  • This lucrative role is a combination of cold calling, personalized outreach, and strategic planning
  • Confidently create and own your Territory Plan, prospect and develop new business opportunities in the mid-market space
  • Identify key stakeholders to drive new business relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives
  • Collaborate and work with broader teams (TAMs, SDR’s SEs, Marketing) to help build Mutual Success Plans with customers
  • Participate in our world class sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
  • Travel may be required
