Who you are

  • Sales Support Champion! From facilitating our sales operations to collaborating with stakeholders, you'll be the hero ensuring smooth transactions for our clients worldwide! Here's what we're searching for:
  • Experience: Graduate, or Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant sales or support role
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a sales team
  • Deadline Orientation: Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines, demonstrating drive and commitment to achieving sales targets
  • Sales Operations Management: Familiarity with the fundamentals of sales operations and support
  • Sales Support Platform Management: Experience in managing sales support platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Client Relationship Management: Knowledge of maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective sales support
  • Digital Security Awareness: Strong awareness of digital security practices and protocols in the context of sales operations

Desirable

  • Sales Certification: Possession of relevant sales certifications or qualifications, such as sales training programmes or professional sales certifications
  • Compliance and Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks relevant to the sales domain, such as GDPR or industry-specific regulations

What the job involves

  • Join us in the heart of Grouper's Sales Support Team! As our Sales Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue and growth for our end user analytics apps, engaging with a diverse global clientele
  • From assisting with sales inquiries to providing crucial support to our sales team, you'll be instrumental in maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction worldwide
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving revenue targets and meeting client needs
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide assistance throughout the sales process, utilising various communication channels
  • Issue Resolution: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure a smooth sales experience and foster long-term customer relationships
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any sales-related issues or obstacles, working closely with internal teams to find solutions
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with various internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to support the sales process and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party suppliers or partners to ensure seamless integration and support for sales initiatives
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance sales support processes to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer requirements to facilitate smooth handovers and future reference
  • Service Enhancement: Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the quality of service provided to customers and optimising the sales support workflow
  • Problem-solving: Provide proactive support in identifying and addressing potential issues or challenges that may arise during the sales process
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed of progress, updates, and any relevant information to ensure transparency and build trust in the sales process.
