Who you are
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years healthcare benefit experience
What the job involves
- Demonstrates strong and in-depth understanding of healthcare benefits, i.e. medical, pharmacy, dental, vision
- Demonstrates ability to synthesize benefit information, healthcare jargon, and communicate in plain language
- Analytic skills set required, i.e. research and analyze information related to the client’s benefit offerings and ecosystem
- Impeccable communication, both verbal and written, skills
- Proficient technological ability / literacy, i.e., computer literacy, content management system experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, GoogleDocs Google sheets, etc
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Goal oriented and ability to meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business demands
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time
- Continuous process improvement mindset and desire to enable Rightway’s ability to scale
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
