DevOps Engineer, Beamery

• We're looking for a talented engineer to join our rapidly expanding DevOps team here at Beamery HQ in London
• You’ll be hands on with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Node.js, GoLang or Python
• You’ll want to work in a challenging and fast paced environment which is focused on problem solving and using the best tools for the job
• 3+ years of experience in scaling/supporting engineering organisation of 30+ engineers
• 3+ of experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tooling (i.e. Terraform) and configuration management tooling in GCP or AWS
• Excellent understanding on cloud computing including capacity and resource management
• Experience of managing environments using Kubernetes/Docker preferably on GCP or AWS
• Intermediate level of ability to code in a programming language
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across entire stack of networking, infrastructure, middleware and proprietary application
• Deeply enthusiastic about DevOps and keen team player

Desirable

• In this role you will be a hands on, experienced contributor in our rapidly expanding DevOps team
• You’ll be implementing automation tooling to support the growing engineering operations
• Ownership of non-production environments and instrumentation of CICD pipelines
• Ownership of environment, application and data configuration management, including Secrets Management
• Ownership of application deployment orchestration
• Building quality into the SDLC processes: ensuring repeatable & consistent build, deployment and configuration management all CICD envs [including production environment]
