Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success or technical account manager for enterprise software or project manager preferably in a SaaS Ecosystem
  • Experience in SAP ERP – Must
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with proven experience in a direct client-facing role – Must
  • Ability to handle high-pace sales processes and management of multiple customer accounts
  • Customer service and technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Business orientation and analytical thinking
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment
  • Ability to communicate and manage Processes with C level and procurement
  • Native German – Must
  • Fluent English level – Must

What the job involves

  • Accountability for ongoing value delivered a successful implementation
  • Accountability for renewals and expansions
  • Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices
  • Be the Trusted advisor of the Customer, building strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders on the customer side at various levels
  • Act as the voice of customers within the company
  • Actively lead renewal activities
  • Proactively drive projects with customers and/or internally
