• 5+ years experience as an Engineer focused on Machine Learning
• High proficiency with modern machine learning concepts like deep learning, natural language processing, multimodal models, reinforcement learning, fine-tuning, with expertise in one or more areas
• Experience with model training pipelines and model architectures (e.g. Transformers, RNNs)
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Experience working with vector databases (e.g. Chroma, Pinecone)
• Adept with cloud application architectures and services such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
• Experience developing software products in a startup or highly lean environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for learning and innovation

• We’re looking for an ML Engineer, who will be the first technical hire and technical lead on a new product line. You will play a key role in shaping and building a new product
• You will work with a very small cross-functional team that includes design, dev, and product management, and you will have wide latitude to operate independently with your teammates
• Lead technical efforts to operationalize ML for a new product line that involves retrieval-augmented generation and workflow automation
• Develop, and execute strategic, scalable approach to machine learning and generative AI that fits project stage, product roadmap, and organizational priorities and capabilities
• Prototype cutting edge ML experiments
